Michelle McKelvey

Michelle began studying yoga over ten years ago looking for the strength and flexibility she needed lead an athletic life.  Since then, her practice has opened beyond the physical and now incorporates all 8 limbs of yoga.   
 
Her classes are a challenging mix of flow and long held postures allowing you to access a deeper connection with your body and breath. Her focus on healthy alignment and core strength allow you to find your energy in yoga and in life.  

She is grateful to have learned from Baron Baptiste, Rolf Gates, Patricia Walden, Anna Forest, Melina Meza and many other amazing gurus.   
 
Michelle is a graduate of the 8 Limbs and Shakti Vinyasa Teacher Training and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
